Beer

Selvedge Brewing is focused on unique small-batch, culinary-inspired beers. Simply, these are beers crafted to be paired with food. Named for the original wool fabrics produced when the mill was a mill, Selvedge beers range from New-England-style IPAs to pastry stouts - and everything in between.

Wine

Across our entire property, wine is featured heavily on our menus. From a casual Spanish Albarino in Selvedge Brewing to a complex Virginia Meritage in Broadcloth, we offer a wide range of wines for everyone. In The Workshop, you can dive deeper into your wine curiosity where you'll find a combination of local winemakers' passion projects and international favorites. With the help of Joy Ting, our consulting winemaker, we are also in the process of making our own small batch wines - which will be available on all of our menus. Currently, we have a Blanc de Blancs which was produced in Virginia by renowned winemaker, Claude Thibaut.

Coffee & Pastries

It all starts with coffee (and baked goods, obviously)! The Workshop is open six days a week and serves locally roasted coffee from Grit Coffee and fresh baked pastries and breads from Cou Cou Rachou – the bakery of our Executive Pastry Chef, Rachel De Jong. Stop in for a coffee or espresso drink and a pastry and enjoy it at a table in The Courtyard or take it on a stroll along Moore's Creek or the Rivanna Trail.
