And power your day with locally roasted coffee from Grit Coffee and freshly baked breads and pastries from Cou Cou Rachou. Stop in for espresso or coffee and specialty breads or pastries available to enjoy in The Courtyard or to take for a morning walk along Moore’s Creek and the nearby Rivanna Trail.

With the help of Joy Ting, our consulting winemaker, we have launched our own small batch wines — a select offering of vintages that accompany and complement Executive Chef Tucker’s cuisine and are made with the same ingenuity and craftsmanship that are trademark characteristics of all our projects. Only available here at The Workshop and Broadcloth restaurant, these wines are in stock for a limited time by the bottle or case.
Cabernet Franc
2019
Our signature release was made from grapes from Baer Ridge Vineyards in the Shenandoah Valley and cellared in 50% new oak and 50% neutral barrels. The result is a medium bodied wine with wonderful peppery notes with a light herbal profile, with a characteristic bright red fruit.
Petit Manseng
2019
Made with fruit from the Shenandoah Valley this Petit Manseng is aromatic, expressive, and tropical, like many of it's heritage vintages from the Southern France region. With notes of nectarines, pineapple, and mango, it has a bright acidity with a hint of residual sugar that provides a wonderfully balanced wine.
Blanc de Blancs
NV
Our Blanc de Blancs is a classic sparkling wine produced only with white grapes. Thoughtfully crafted by internationally acclaimed winemaker Claude Thibaut using méthode traditionnelle, this sparkling is a great representation of Virginia terrior and the perfect complement to every celebration, large or small.
Bitte
White Vermouth
"Bitte" means "please" in German, and our white vermouth will have you asking nicely for a top up more than once. Grounded in a chardonnay base and fortified with brandy, Bitte has a lightly sweet palate with aromatics of light sage, lemon verbena, allspice, coriander, orange peel, and bitters.
